Fariba is a Surgical Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with more than 30 years of medical experience. Beginning her career as a Registered Nurse, she holds national certifications in Wound, Ostomy, and Incontinence care. She has led specialized wound centers for major healthcare organizations on the East Coast and in Colorado Springs. Her clinical expertise spans primary care, advanced wound management, pain and joint injections, dermatology, podiatry, hormone and vitamin therapy, metabolic health, and chronic condition management. Fariba is known for her whole-person approach to care, focusing on thoughtful, individualized treatment to support long-term health across patients of all ages.
